I found way to increase volume from jack on A21s![:)]( "Smile :)")
u need AOSP from Wer99, or other ROM with root, and method to edit files in /vendor/ directory like Solid Explorer app.
Maybe this way works only on European devices, because USA versions have not limited max volume by statutes.
File to edit is mixer_gains in /vendor/etc. You need to find section <gain-media-handset> and edit "DAC Gain" value, i set it to "150 150",
and <gain-media-headset> value "DAC Gain", i set it to "150 150"...
